What is the address to the workshop?

Do I need experience to tuft?

Nope! All of our workshops are beginner-friendly. We’ll teach you everything from how to hold the tufting gun to backing and trimming your rug.

Question 3

Can I bring kids?

Yes! We love having young creatives in the space. Ages 6+ are welcome to tuft with supervision.

Question 4

What do I need to bring?

Accepted Answer

Just yourself! We provide all materials (frame, yarn, gun, etc.). Feel free to bring snacks or drinks for private bookings.

I do not know what to tuft. Do you have preset images that I can select from?

Do you offer group rates?

Absolutely. From birthdays and team-building to bridal showers, graduation parties and more, our studio is made for moments.

Question 7

Can multiple people tuft on the same rug at once?

Accepted Answer

Only one person is allowed to tuft on a rug at a time for safety and quality purposes. The only exception is during special group events hosted by Tuft’n Up Studio & Social, where a rug may be worked on collectively. These events will be clearly specified at the time of booking.

What are the parking and arrival instructions

Please carefully read all posted parking signs along Baltimore Avenue.

 • Metered Parking is available in two designated lots located behind the building—access them via the alley. There’s a handicap sticker on all of the meters, you may still park there without a handicap sign. 
 • Do not park in the lot directly behind the building labeled Wills Decorating, as parking is not permitted there.

The building is a secured entry. Upon arrival, please call or text us so we can buzz you in.

Cancellations, Reschedules and Refund

Reservations are final and non-refundable, so we kindly ask that you confirm your availability before booking.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your session may be cancelled. We ask that you communicate with us if you are running behind schedule. Thank you for your understanding.

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so within 48 hours to allow time for your slot to be filled. You are allowed to reschedule only once; after that, your payment will be forfeited. Please note that direct messages on social media will not be accepted as a rescheduling request. Instead, kindly email us at hey@tuftnupstudiosocial.com
